Elcon Helping Hand (EHH) NPC was established in July 2012 with a clear vision: to enhance the livelihoods of previously disadvantaged individuals living with disabilities. Over the years, EHH has implemented numerous projects to support both people with disabilities and those in need. These initiatives focus on humanitarian aid, sports development, school curriculum support, healthcare, training and development, and infrastructure assistance. To date, more than 1,238 individuals have benefited from these programmes.

Mazingane Entertainment was established in 2019 with the aim of empowering upcoming artists in Ritchie and surrounding areas. The director, Dorothy Mazingane, is a well-known artist in the music industry and has collaborated with many well-known artists as far as Zimbabwe and the Netherlands. She says that substance abuse among the youth is a huge concern because of unemployment. This led her to start the company. She wants to empower young people, restore their dignity, develop them into successful artists, and build a responsible society through arts.

Sebastian’s Shelter for the Disabled, established in 2017, was created to fill a critical gap in the community for learners with severe to profound intellectual disabilities. Recognizing the need for more than just education, the Centre now also supports parents by providing essential care and guidance. Additionally, it offers a nutritional food programme for the elderly, ensuring they receive the nourishment they need.
