The ๐๐๐ญ๐ฌ๐๐ญ๐ฌ๐ข ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก๐จ ๐๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced facilitator to design and lead a comprehensive strategic review and planning process that will help shape the Trust’s future direction.
The process will evaluate the Trust’s programmes and impact across three key focus areas:
Youth Development
Enterprise Development
Social Development
The successful facilitator will guide the Trust in reviewing its current strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and strengthening its long-term developmental impact.

Applicants should have:
Experience facilitating strategic planning processes for trusts, foundations, NGOs, NPOs or similar organisations.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and report-writing skills.
Knowledge of community development, grant-making and impact measurement.
Professionalism, independence and ethical conduct.
