Thabo is an experienced person with over 10 years in the field of Finance and Administration. In his current role, Thabo is responsible for providing a leadership role, accountability for the administration function of SALGA and driving operational excellence through sound financial analysis and administrative standards. He also plays a crucial role in vendor and stakeholder engagement and management. Some of the suppliers/stakeholders he engages with in his normal course of business includes Eskom, Telkom and Water-boards like Sedibeng Water, and he also serves in various forums and committees within the Northern Cape Provincial Government and these involvements have harnessed his organizational, leadership, communication, collaboration, stakeholder engagement and persuasion skills.He repositioned himself through establishing the Northern Cape Provincial Records and ICT Management Forum for all Municipalities and interested Sister Departments within the Northern Cape Provincial Government. Since 2017, he has been E-tutoring Public Administration at UNISA in the School of Public Administration and Management. Thabo has served in various structures in the Community, Faith-based organisations and several Non-Profit-Organisations, given his involvement in similar related organisation, the Trust deemed it fit to work with Thabo in attaining it objectives and he is much excited with this opportunity.
